Join us this summer at our favourite east London’s hotspot hotel, The Hoxton, Shoreditch, with a super coming of age cocktail as part of the screening on the house.

Teenaged Ferris Bueller (Matthew Broderick) is a legend in his own time thanks to his uncanny skill at cutting classes and getting away with it. Intending to make one last grand duck-out before graduation, Ferris calls in sick, "borrows" a Ferrari, and embarks on a one-day bacchanal through the streets of Chicago. Dogging Ferris' trail at every turn is high-school principal Rooney (Jeffrey Jones), determined to catch Bueller in the act of class-cutting. Writer/director and master of the teen oeuvre, John Hughes (The Breakfast Club) once again weds satire, slapstick, and social commentary to create a cult favourite.

The Hoxton Hotel Slacker's Lounge screening is indoors with seating provided.

Doors at 18:30, Film at 19:00

Hot and cold drinks available [including alcohol]

Indoor pop-up event [seating provided]
