Engine Hot Dogs is a London street-food van, serving American-style hotdogs from a vintage fire truck. They use handmade double-smoked sausages – both pork and beef, made with natural casings. They’re big and juicy, with the perfect snap. Locally baked artisan buns and insanely good bacon from British free-range pigs.

Their van is a 1959 Citroen HY, and began life as a fire engine near Paris. She saved a lot of lives until 1995, but is now saving souls with saucisson. Re-born with a kitchen in the back, she set out to solve another emergency: a nation deprived of decent dogs...
