Rory attended The Drama Centre London in Chalk Farm in 1967 but did not go into acting - “a Principal said I would be better off writing music!” He has recently come back to songwriting and is currently recording his eighth album! www.rorygilbert.co.uk

For Surrey Showcase, Rory brings with him Sue Bigmore who sings and plays the keyboard. Their set will range from folk to jazz, blues to pop.
