Salt & Dry will be bringing their fleet of extroadinary cooking vehicles to Nomad 2017. Cooking up a storm from their burnt out Morris Minor with a chargrill at its core and their classic Mini Cooper decked out with a pizza oven, they will be bringing specialy tailored menus for each performance they are appearing it.
 
Expect smoky and tender real Dixie style BBQ, Roman style pizza-al-metro and some suprises along the way. From 12 hour smoked pulled pork and smoked hot wings, to Vesuvio pizza topped with salami, spicy fennel sausage, chillies and pepper jam.
