From April, Proud & The Nomad bring the tastes and energy of Japan to London with new Pop-Up Japan. Whether you want to connect with traditional culture, sample new, fresh flavours or experience a neon-lit night to remember, Proud has a corner of vibrant Japan to enthral every visitor. Embrace the contemporary sounds, tastes and vibrant street-life of Japan this March and venture down the blossom-lined paths of Regent’s Canal to Proud East. With hands-on workshops, eclectic cinema and the delicate tastes of Japanese fine cuisine, this pop-up fuses Tokyo’s dynamic cultural hub with century old customs.

In July, Proud East takes on a new pop up country to style itself upon. Pop Up India is set to provide the colours, energy, tastes and of course the films of India to the canal side Pop Up. Proud East will provide you with its very own Indian summer. Nomad Cinema is delighted to work in patnership by bringing a variety of Indian screeenings to Proud. From Bollywood to Art house, there is an Indian film for you to enjoy with your authentic freshly prepared curry.
