Join us for the fourth annual Grosvenor Film Festival in Grosvenor Square, with some of the best pop-up cinema on offer.
Rogue One is the ultimate Star Wars fan film, though even if you don't count yourself as a true franchise aficionado there's something here for you to enjoy. A departure from the main story, this sub-plot in the Lucas universe tells a tale of an attempt to destroy the Dark Side's super weapon, the Death Star, which understandably has the Rebellion quaking in their boots. Cue Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones), appropriately kitted out with troubled backstory and force-ready attitude, to lead a posse of plucky fighters on a mission to throw a spanner in the works for some all too familiar baddies. This works as a stand-alone adventure story, and with the referential nods to the more traditional Star Wars movies, makes for a pop-culture feast.
Our lovely friends at Chestertons will again be providing free tea & coffee and the chance to win Avios points.
All tickets include a glass of Barefoot wine or a glass of Galvanina, an Italian fruit soft drink.
Please note: tickets include £20 (seated on the ground, feel free to bring along your own blankets, cushions etc) or £25 (seated in chairs).
Please also note: the film will be silent with Wi-Fi headsets provided.
