Even though they seem to live the life of riley, its not always easy being a Royal. Just think, while we were all enjoying the Jubilee with soggy burgers at rainy barbecues all over the country, it was probably work work work for poor old Liz - and sometimes Royals need a holiday too!

This is exactly the case for bored, restless Princess Anne in William Wyler’s 1953 gem, Roman Holiday. As she takes an exhausting trip around Europe, it is in the beautiful Rome where she decides to go a little crazy and break free from a life planned out by an assistant so regimental she makes Ann Widecombe look cuddly. On her big, bold breakout she meets the dashing American journalist Joe Bradley, who just so happens to find the scoop of his life!

We’ve all seen the outrageously beautiful Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s and My Fair Lady, but not everyone’s seen her Oscar-winning performance as the fresh faced 24-year-old monarch-gone-mad alongside the dishy Gregory Peck before he went on to win the gong for To Kill a Mockingbird.

All shot on location in Italy, and saturated in sunshine, come and join us for our very own one-night summer holiday, in glorious Queen’s Park - a setting truly fit for a vacationing monarch. You know what they say: when in Rome…

Families are special at Queen’s Park: one child under 14 can come for FREE with every paying adult - just make sure you select the FAMILY DEAL option when buying your tickets!
